Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

⚠️ Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used/opened health supplements are not eligible for return.


🔁 Return Process

  1. Email us at [support@chaudharynutrition.com] with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the product/packaging (if damaged or incorrect)

  2. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on return shipping.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we’ll initiate a refund or replacement, as per your choice.


💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.

  • Products returned after 3 days of delivery.

  • Free samples, promotional items, or customized wellness plans.
